The Prior's Court Foundation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their team in Chieveley, working with autistic young people aged 5 to 25 who have complex needs. The role involves managing a clinical caseload, delivering therapy input through the Priors Court Learning Programmes, and supporting skill development in educational and residential settings. The therapist will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, utilizing assessment tools and evidence-based approaches to address the occupational strengths and needs of each young person.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing tailored intervention programs, monitoring progress, and contributing to annual review processes. The Occupational Therapist will also collaborate with external therapists to ensure a cohesive therapy plan is maintained.
