The University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Senior Sister/Flow Coordinator for the Imaging Directorate in Stoke-on-Trent. This new role is integral to managing and enhancing the operations of a busy and expanding service that includes Interventional Radiology, CT, Ultrasound, and various other imaging modalities across the Royal Stoke and County hospitals. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to improving patient experiences and ensuring efficient patient flow. They will work closely with nursing and medical staff, providing guidance to junior team members and coordinating departmental activities.

Candidates should have at least 18 months' experience at Band 6 level or above, with recent involvement in Imaging or a relevant acute clinical setting. The position requires the ability to thrive in a demanding environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, familiarity with the intricacies of various imaging services and a proactive approach to supporting departmental improvements are essential for success in this role.
