Sonderwell Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to introduce and review new family support packages as well as providing support to adults and children with a variety of learning disabilities and mental health difficulties. This may include:

  • Learning Disabilities
  • Physical Disabilities
  • Mental Health Difficulties
  • Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties
  • Family Support Packages
  • Reviewing and Providing Feedback on Services
  • Acquired Brain Injury
  • Sensory Impairment

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for reviewing new services to provide feedback and guidance to your colleagues, promoting independence, and encouraging support and companionship for individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health difficulties, emotional and behavioural difficulties, acquired brain injury, sensory impairment, and drug/alcohol problems.
