The Fast Track Clinic Coordinator position at the Bristol Royal Infirmary, part of the University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, involves managing outpatient appointment requests primarily from GP referrals through the eRS system. The coordinator will process these requests according to NHS and Trust policies, ensuring proper registration of new patients and effective communication of appointment details, including managing cancellations and adjustments as needed.

The role requires strong communication skills to liaise with patients and clinical teams, enforce patient care standards in alignment with Trust values, and handle patient queries sensitively. Additionally, the coordinator will oversee appointment management, implement policies for patients who do not attend appointments, and monitor outstanding requests using the Patient Administration System (PAS). The ideal candidate should demonstrate resilience and professionalism while providing compassionate support to patients and their families.
