The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Outpatient Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality administrative services within the outpatient departments. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team while ensuring the efficient organisation of activities and supervision of staff across various locations, primarily based at the Royal Victoria Infirmary. The Outpatient Department manages over 280,000 patient appointments annually, and the ideal candidate should be flexible, enthusiastic, and capable of thriving in a busy environment.

In addition to overseeing staff deployment and maintaining operational efficiency, the Outpatient Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service delivery across sites that include the Royal Victoria Hospital, Freeman Hospital, and other outreach areas.
