The Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 7 Senior Nurse Practitioner with Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) Responsibility for the Brighton and Hove Neurodevelopmental Pathway within CAMHS. This full-time role is ideal for registered nurses with leadership skills and a passion for working with young people and families, as well as those experienced in neurodevelopmental nursing, particularly in managing ADHD. The primary responsibilities include conducting and overseeing specialist neurodevelopmental assessments and nursing interventions, initiating and monitoring medication within the ADHD pathway, and providing initial assessments and duty cover for the wider team.

In addition to clinical duties, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in mentoring and supervising junior staff members, contributing to their professional development. This position is integral to delivering evidence-based mental health interventions and facilitating neurodevelopmental diagnoses for children and young people in the Brighton and Hove area.
