NELFT North East London Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Senior Support, Time, Recovery Worker to join the Barking and Dagenham Home Treatment Team, a 24/7 service that offers alternatives to hospital admissions for individuals facing acute mental health crises in the community. The successful candidate will provide essential support to service users, contributing to their mental and physical health care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role requires experience in mental health care, proficiency in various recovery interventions, and a commitment to compassionate, professional service delivery that enhances the experiences of users and their families.

Key responsibilities include participating in care planning processes, acting as patient advocates, implementing care directives, maintaining communication within the team, and upholding healthcare standards.
