The Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Crisis and Intensive Home Treatment Support Worker for a 14-month fixed-term position in Northallerton, specifically within the Hambleton and Richmondshire Crisis and Intensive Home Treatment Team. The role requires candidates to travel independently across the locality and possess a suitable vehicle, with adjustments possible in line with the Equality Act 2010. The team provides comprehensive support to adults with mental health needs and their families, working to prevent hospital admissions through intensive home-based treatment.

Candidates should have prior experience as a Health Care Assistant (Band 2 or 3) or in a similar care role, along with a Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 or equivalent. Literacy and numeracy at Level 2 are also required, and successful candidates must complete the Trust's Healthcare Assistant competencies during their initial six months. The role involves 12-hour shifts in a collaborative environment with various mental health professionals.
