The South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Handy Person/Painter to join its Estates team in Beckenham. This role involves performing maintenance tasks across various Trust properties, including both planned preventative and reactive maintenance, while adhering to health and safety regulations. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of domestic and commercial buildings, building structures, and fire safety requirements, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility in work hours and locations will be necessary to maintain service continuity.

The successful applicant will be responsible for organizing their workload, ensuring efficient use of materials, and keeping accurate records of maintenance activities. They will also need to stay updated on relevant legislation and participate in required training.
