We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our integrated Mental Health team at HMP Leicester. HMP Leicester is a category B remand prison based close to Leicester town centre and train station. The Prison houses around 4male patients, the majority of whom are aged between 20-40 years of age. Within this role you will be working closely with the multidiaplinary team including General Practitioners on site. You will be supporting patients with a high amount of acute mental health needs, any experience with secure hospital and impact pathway referrals would be beneficial.
Hours This is a part time role working 2.5 days (18.75 hours) per week consisting of 4 sessions and half a day for CPD each week. We are flexible regarding which days Monday- Friday the sessions are worked.Salary
This position is part time, you will receive an annual salary up to £189,900 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
