The Staff Nurse position at Wenric House, a low secure forensic unit for males with mental health and personality disorders, involves joining a dedicated multi-disciplinary team focused on rehabilitation and recovery. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a flexible attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, safe patient care. Experience in a secure setting is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities include assessing care needs, developing and evaluating individual care plans, and actively supporting patients in their recovery journey within a safe and supportive environment. The role requires working a rotating shift pattern to ensure 24/7 coverage, and candidates must be computer literate.
