The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Nursing Associate to join their Out of Hours Countywide community nursing team in Huntingdon. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients within their own homes as part of a multi-disciplinary and neighbourhood team. It is essential to ensure patient and carer involvement in all decision-making processes, and you will work closely with other community services to deliver comprehensive care. The position requires independent travel around the county, necessitating a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
