Join our compassionate team at Warneford Hospital in Oxford as a Housekeeper/Floater, where your role will be pivotal in creating a safe and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. We’re on the lookout for reliable team players with excellent communication skills, who can bring a friendly touch to their work. This rewarding position involves a combination of early (7am-3pm) and later (11am-7pm) shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, where your efforts will be rewarded with enhanced pay.

As part of your duties, you’ll be responsible for maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, including terminal and enhanced cleaning, alongside unpacking laundry and preparing meals. With a focus on elevating the patient experience, your contribution will be invaluable in supporting mental health care within the NHS. Even if you lack extensive experience in housekeeping, don’t let that hold you back—training will be provided to equip you with everything you need to thrive in this role.
