City Health Care Partnership CIC is seeking a Band 5 Children’s Community Nurse for the Sunshine House short break unit in Hull. This role involves providing respite and palliative care to children and young people aged 0-18 with complex disabilities and health needs, alongside supporting the wider Community Children’s Nursing and Special Schools nursing teams. The position requires excellent communication and organisational skills to manage workload and staff on shift, with responsibilities including planning, implementing, and evaluating care in various settings such as Sunshine House, schools, and homes.

Candidates must have recent experience working with children with complex needs and be flexible to cover a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
