The role of General Practitioner (RA) with City Health Care Partnership CIC in Hull involves providing high-quality out-of-hours urgent care as part of a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments, including telephone triage and home visits, diagnosing and treating patients with undiagnosed conditions, and ensuring effective documentation and communication of patient care. The position requires a fully qualified GP with full GMC registration and professional medical qualifications, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The GP will also support the development of best practices in urgent care, work collaboratively with various healthcare professionals and services, and contribute to clinical audits and governance standards. Additionally, the role includes leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring less experienced staff, participating in training and appraisals, and potentially serving as a shift lead. Flexible working is necessary to meet the needs of the service across the Hull and East Riding area.
