The Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly specialized family and systemic psychotherapist for the CAMHS Acute Care Service in Haywards Heath. This role involves contributing to the development of an innovative crisis and home treatment service designed to provide an alternative to inpatient care for children and young people (ages 12-18) facing acute mental health challenges. The successful candidate will perform family and systemic assessments and interventions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on improving clinical outcomes for young clients and their families.

Candidates should be UKCP registered and possess experience in risk management and multi-disciplinary environments, with a strong ability to communicate in complex situations. The role, which offers the opportunity for flexible working and job-sharing, requires a compassionate, organized, and adaptable approach while engaging directly with families across Sussex.
