The role involves working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates should be flexible, organized, and have strong time management and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing phone and intercom communications, scheduling appointments, handling documentation, minute-taking, and general administrative tasks.
