We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Nurse to join our community-based dementia service in Swansea, West Glamorgan. This role offers the opportunity to lead educational initiatives, contribute to innovative practice development, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will be working as part of a dynamic team to support individuals with dementia and their families within the community.

- Registered Nurse on NMC Register with a relevant Nursing Degree.
- Proven experience in palliative care (hospice/hospital/community).
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in both formal and informal teaching and leading nursing practice developments.
- Commitment to continual professional development and reflective practice..

Salary:Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 6 (aligned with AFC) £37,898 - £45,637 pro rata per annum + enhancements
