Change Grow Live is seeking a Substance Misuse Nurse in Manchester to provide specialized clinical interventions for individuals facing physical and mental health challenges related to substance use. As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, the nurse will conduct comprehensive health assessments, facilitate alcohol and opioid detoxification, administer vaccinations, and perform phlebotomy as needed. The role emphasises personalized care, effective communication, and collaboration with other healthcare providers, while also contributing to initiatives such as the Naloxone Strategy for overdose prevention.

Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable populations and fostering supportive relationships with service users. The position offers professional development opportunities, including support for revalidation, access to educational resources, and the ability to utilize the Apprenticeship Levy for further training.
