Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Nurse for Onnen Ward at the Rehabilitation Unit in Wrexham Maelor Hospital. This new, purpose-built ward supports patients with dementia who require ongoing discharge planning after completing the acute phase of their hospital journey. The role emphasises strong multidisciplinary teamwork and requires excellent communication and organisational skills. Candidates should possess experience in dementia care, be highly motivated, and committed to providing high standards of care. A passion for improving patient and staff experiences is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate compassion in supporting patients with complex needs. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, but applicants who speak either Welsh or English are welcome.
