The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Highly Specialist Critical Care Occupational Therapist to join its Intensive Care Units (ICU) at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead. This position is ideal for a passionate and self-motivated individual, preferably with experience as a Band 6 or existing Band 7 OT, who is eager to advance their expertise in critical care and contribute to service development. The role involves leading Occupational Therapy interventions for patients facing complex medical conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and guiding junior staff.

As part of the CMS therapy team, the successful candidate will have opportunities to work with specialized services such as Neuro REACT, participate in service improvement initiatives, and engage in ongoing professional development through training and mentorship.
