Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Ward Clerk to join Ward 4 at Coalville Community Hospital. This role is essential within the busy multi-disciplinary team, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and external clinicians both in person and via phone. The Ward Clerk will provide administrative support, maintain accurate records of admissions and discharges, and assist staff in ensuring the smooth operation of the ward, which cares for medically fit patients awaiting further assessments for discharge.

The position offers 15 hours of work per week, spread over two days from 08:00 to 16:00 on a 7-day rotation. Candidates should possess excellent organisational and communication skills and enjoy engaging with people. The Trust promotes a healthy work-life balance and offers flexible working opportunities.
