The role of Deputy Ward Manager at Abingdon Community Hospital involves leading and supporting both registered and unregistered nursing staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care on Abbey Ward. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and take an active role in implementing policies, protocols, and guidelines aimed at enhancing patient care and discharge processes.
