This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Personality Disorder Service specifically supporting the KUF pathway. KUF is The 2-day Knowledge and Understanding Framework (KUF) training is an innovative learning opportunity for professionals working across criminal justice, health, social care, and voluntary sectors to support people with complex emotional needs, often associated with a diagnosis of 'personality disorder'.The training, commissioned by His Majesty's Prison & Probation Service and NHS England through the Offender Personality Disorder Pathway, is led and delivered by regional OPD Pathway partners.The KUF programme is co-facilitated and co-produced by trainers with lived experience and clinical expertise using a trauma-informed approach and is now available to join today.

You will work as part of a team providing high quality secretarial support. We are looking for someone with good secretarial/administrative skills. You will be highly motivated, well organised and be able to provide a high standard of secretarial support including taking accurate minutes of meetings, creating appointment letters and telephone enquiries.You will be working within a busy environment so prioritisation of your workload will be essential. You will have good communication skills and be able to converse with multi- disciplinary teams, service users and relatives. You will have the ability to make informed decisions with regards to service enquiries within the boundaries of the role and to work on your own initiative. You will have a positive attitude towards the implementation of new systems and training.
