The Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) position with Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHSFT in Doncaster involves providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological therapy to individuals with mild to moderate mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression. Applicants must have completed an accredited PWP course and possess relevant experience in a Primary Care or Talking Therapies setting, along with registration from professional bodies like the BABCP or BPS. The role includes delivering low-intensity interventions through various modalities, conducting patient assessments, developing care packages, and providing group therapy, while adhering to NICE guidelines.

The position is primarily office-based, requiring the ability to travel to different venues, although there is flexibility to work from home occasionally. Candidates are expected to engage in ongoing clinical supervision and training, maintain effective referral protocols, and employ clinical judgment in managing client care.
