- Be the friendly face of our practice, guiding patients to the right services.
- Manage appointment bookings and provide appointment cards when necessary, ensuring patients get timely access to care.
- Accept, issue, and distribute prescriptions, letters, forms, specimen bottles, and more with precision.
- Address patient inquiries, resolve problems, and manage complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Inform patients about our practice procedures and help them navigate our services smoothly.
- Assist new patients in the registration process, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Provide excellent phone support, answering calls promptly and directing them as needed.
