We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic midwife who has a keen interest in all aspects of maternity care to manage the Ward 26 an antenatal and postnatal ward with 21 beds with the addition of a 5 bedded Maternity Triage area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced midwife to join our established midwifery team at NLAG, Scunthorpe.

  • To provide midwifery leadership and act as a role model to others ,providing specialist expertise that is underpinned by theory and practical experience
  • Provide 24 hour responsibility for the management of the midwifery teams , managing staff and liaising with others as necessary.
  • Continuing responsibility for development of staff , equipment ,supplies and ward/department resources.
