The Practice Plus Group is seeking a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the Mental Health team at HMP Stocken, a category C men's prison in Oakham. This full-time role, offering a salary of up to £47,466 per annum based on experience, involves working in a multi-disciplinary team to assess, manage, and provide treatment options for patients referred to mental health services. Responsibilities include developing supportive care plans and offering one-on-one support to individuals.
