The Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking applicants for a Clinical Fellow in Gastroenterology, with a focus on Advanced Nutrition, Intestinal Rehabilitation, and Transplantation, starting from September 1, 2025, to September 6, 2026. The position offers a unique Out of Programme for Training (OOPT) opportunity, allowing the fellow to gain experience at both the Intestinal and Multivisceral Transplant Unit at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge and the Intestinal Rehabilitation Unit at St Mark's Hospital in London. Responsibilities include assessing transplant suitability, providing inpatient and outpatient care for post-transplant patients, and specialized training in intestinal failure, nutrition, and advanced inflammatory bowel disease.

Candidates should be in training for Gastroenterology or Internal Medicine, with the opportunity to apply at the ST5, ST6, or ST7 levels. While non-UK trainees are welcome to apply, preference will be given to those holding a National Training Number (NTN). The position allows for flexible training options, and applicants must possess Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council by the time of application.
