The Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist to join their Ward Clinical Administration Team at the Cambridge Bio Medical Campus. This role emphasises patient-focused administrative support to enhance patient flow on the wards. Responsibilities include coordinating patient activity, welcoming patients and relatives, recording necessary information, and communicating any delays to the Patient Flow Facilitator. The position requires adaptability, good IT skills, and the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Uniform provisions and a supportive team environment are offered to ensure a collaborative and professional atmosphere.
