The West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Rotational Occupational Therapist for a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) in Watford, offering a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience across various clinical areas over six-month rotations. The key areas of rotation include the Emergency Department, Acute Assessment Unit, Frailty Unit, Elderly Care, Medical Community Bed-Based Rehabilitation, Stroke, Orthopaedics, and Surgery.

The role involves contributing to service development, supervising qualified staff, and participating in a robust training and supervision program. The position requires working within a 7-day service, with weekend rotas occurring approximately every 1 to 6 weeks. Further professional development is encouraged through study leave and funding for relevant courses. The location is conveniently accessible via public transport, and cross-site travel may be necessary.
