Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Office Administrator to join their Talking Therapies Team in Stockport. The ideal candidate will possess significant administrative experience and demonstrate a proactive 'can do' attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster positive working relationships within a team environment. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support to therapists and service users, handling sensitive communications with mental health service users, managing referrals to the multi-disciplinary team, and coordinating meetings and events while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

In this role, the administrator will also be responsible for producing documents, managing phone communications, processing invoices, and maintaining effective record-keeping systems. They will prioritize and plan their workload, ensuring adherence to Pennine Care's policies and objectives, and may be required to work flexibly across various trust locations.
