Omnes Healthcare Limited is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join their team in East Dulwich. This role involves providing assessment, screening, and treatment services within a GP practice, as well as advising patients on general healthcare and minor ailments, with referrals to GPs as needed. The Practice Nurse will collaborate with a multi-skilled team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to patients, undertaking additional responsibilities such as collecting and managing pathological specimens.

Candidates should possess current NMC registration and relevant experience in a Primary Care setting, particularly in managing QOF and diabetes specialisation.
