We are seeking a consultant with enthusiasm, commitment, and drive to work closely with colleagues throughout the organisation and within the community to help lead the organisation.

We are looking to appoint a new Locum Consultant in ENT (Otology) that will enhance the service of our ENT department that covers a population of approximately 560,000 patients with on-call cover population of around 1 million (shared with West Herts NHS Trust). The Trust is the largest in Hertfordshire and in the Integrated care services network and will soon to be a teaching hospital for the medical school based at the University of Hertfordshire

• To provide general ENT service with on-call cover for East and North Herts and West Herts (all of Hertfordshire)
• To work alongside existing Consultant Otologist to provide otology cover for the trust and region including complex middle ear, balance, hearing implants, paediatric hearing loss and hearing MDT
• To develop new services
• To participate in the department's teaching, audit, research and educational activities
