The Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Paediatric Dietitian focused on Weight Management for children and young people (CYP), alongside roles in Neonatal and General paediatrics. This part-time position (up to 0.4 WTE for weight management and additional roles in other areas) involves joining a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support for children facing severe or complex obesity. The ideal candidate will have experience in service development and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality nutrition and lifestyle interventions, as well as training healthcare professionals in the community.

The role includes responsibilities such as developing and implementing nutritional care plans, working with the paediatric and dietetic teams, and supervising junior staff while contributing to the training of students. The dietitian will report to the Paediatric Team Lead and engage in community clinics, inpatient, and outpatient settings to ensure effective management of complex health needs among children.
