The Crisis Care Practitioner at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust will lead and manage the Crisis Resolution/Home Treatment Service for clients aged 18 and over experiencing severe mental health issues or acute psychiatric crises. This role involves providing mental health assessments and support in various settings, including clients' homes. The practitioner will ensure the delivery of clinical services meets national and local standards while promoting best practices in health, safety, and security. Responsibilities include risk assessment and management, monitoring compliance with health and safety legislation, and fostering teamwork in line with professional standards. Additionally, the role entails supervising team activities and contributing to both personal and team development.
