The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Clerical Officer to support the Outpatient Department at Trafford General Hospital. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and good computer literacy. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling patient information, scheduling appointments, managing clinic data, maintaining the reception area, answering calls, coordinating transport needs, and ensuring confidentiality and security.
