We have a strong leadership team to support this role. There is an Operational manager and a wider network of operational and team managers within the Community Mental Health Teams and Targeted Services.
With the investment into the At Risk Mental State pathway, there is so much development and innovation going on in Cornwall's delivery of mental health services.
We are working to create a new pathway within Early Intervention in Psychosis Service. This is a time of joint working with all services and sees us create networks of support for people with severe mental health problems.
The Team Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and will work closely with the Operational Manager and Team Managers on the development of the service.
We are looking for a team manager who is able tolead compassionately working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, to ensure that they are fully supported to provide needs led care and treatment for our service users.
This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.
