Pioneer Medical Group in Bristol is seeking a Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join their outstanding three-site practice, which serves over 22,000 patients. The role involves close collaboration with a supportive team including Doctors, Practice Nurses, Urgent Care Practitioners, and Care Coordinators. The primary responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, as well as promoting health and wellbeing within the practice. The post holder will operate under the indirect supervision of the Nurse Clinical Lead, carrying out delegated tasks and maintaining high standards of care.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, composure, and a proactive approach in their work, while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, including those set by the Care Quality Commission and Data Protection Act 2018. The practice values research and training, contributing to the development of future clinical practitioners.
