The Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SEND Co-ordinator for its Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Bradford and Keighley. This role is crucial for ensuring that children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) receive equitable support and outcomes in collaboration with various stakeholders, including education, health, social care, and the voluntary sector. The SEND Co-ordinator will lead the integration of services, provide advice and reports to local authorities, and oversee the Education Health Care (EHC) needs assessment process.

Candidates should be well-versed in current legislation regarding SEND and be prepared to work across both CAMHS offices in Fieldhead and Hillbrook. This is an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children and young people aged 0-18, ensuring they lead fulfilled lives.
