We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic and dedicated nurse to our practice.
We are offering two days a week, with flexible working hours and start times.
Bird In Eye is a friendly, supportive, semi-rural 3 partner practice with 8000 patients.
The nurse will work as part of the medical healthcare team, providing services to our 8000 patients.
Main responsibilities include:
Cytology
Wound Care
Removal of Sutures
New Patient Health Checks
ECGs
Long Term conditions Management (including asthma, diabetes etc)
Venepuncture
Hypertension Management
Routine immunisations
Childhood immunisations
Chaperoning
Maintaining & cleaning equipment
Maintaining GP & nurses rooms & stock ordering
Maintaining Cold chain log Managing clinical rooms

Regular admin time is also built into the rotas each week.
