Bradley Stoke Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner to join their diverse team. The ideal candidate must be NMC registered with extensive knowledge of mental health issues, strong therapeutic skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role involves running clinics that provide both routine and urgent appointments, managing a varied caseload of clients presenting with conditions such as low mood, anxiety, and depression, while fostering a trusting environment for patients.

The practitioner will work independently, conducting assessments, providing treatment, and referring patients to primary and secondary mental health services, as well as community support groups. The practice has a history of supporting Mental Health Practitioners and values their contributions to the care of approximately 18,500 patients.
