The North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Ward Receptionist for the Ocean Day Unit within the Paediatric Patient Services team. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive administrative support in a children's outpatient setting from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Key responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for visitors, maintaining administrative functions and databases, managing the Doctors Clinic, coordinating with the Paediatric Allergy team for test bookings, and assisting with patient inquiries while ensuring accurate patient records.

The successful candidate will report to the Paediatric Team Leader for Patient Services and must possess strong IT and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively. Adherence to the Trust's uniform policy is required, and the role may involve cross-cover in other ward areas as needed.
