The Ward Clerk at Ashford with East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust will work as a team member, primarily focusing on providing comprehensive administrative support to the Maternity Triage Team and ward areas to ensure the effective management of the department. Key responsibilities include maintaining patient privacy and dignity, supporting new staff orientation, managing accurate patient records, handling phone communications, scheduling outpatient appointments, coordinating staff orders, and assisting with various clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
