Modality Partnership's Hull Division is seeking a full-time Level 3 Healthcare Assistant with phlebotomy skills to work across Alexandra Road and New Hall Surgeries. The role requires collaboration with the general practice team to provide safe patient care. Key responsibilities include conducting patient health checks, supporting chronic disease management, and delivering health education advice. Applicants must hold a Level 3 Healthcare Support Worker qualification, as this is not a training position.

The role involves weekly visits to care homes and maintaining accurate clinical records. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication, customer service, and IT skills, along with a caring and compassionate nature.
