The NHS Business Services Authority is seeking Senior Scheme Access Team Administrators for fixed-term positions in Fleetwood. The role requires applicants to possess a minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4, including English and Maths, alongside significant administrative experience, particularly in customer service environments. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling complex non-standard case work, ensuring all statutory targets are met, and providing high-quality customer service. This includes effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, processing technical legal documents, and resolving intricate inquiries.

Post holders will work autonomously with minimal supervision, contributing to service improvements and quality assurance processes while also supporting less experienced team members.
