The Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to join their G1 Ward Admin Team in Sheffield, which serves a 16-bed inpatient Dementia unit. This apprenticeship role is suited for individuals looking to kickstart a career in healthcare administration while earning a recognized qualification. Key responsibilities include working alongside the ward clerk on a variety of administrative tasks, interacting with service users and their families, managing confidential information, and using departmental computer systems for data input, report generation, and logistical support.

Applicants must have resided in the UK, EU, or EEA for the past three years and achieved GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A-C/4-9 or equivalent. The role involves essential administrative functions such as managing correspondence, arranging meetings, and assisting with document management and filing systems.
