The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join their Mental Health Inpatient Wards at St Charles Hospital in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialized assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for adults with communication and eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, they will develop personalized care plans, implement interventions, and offer training to fellow team members to promote safe and effective mealtimes.

This role emphasises patient-centered care and the importance of collaboration with service users, their families, and various healthcare professionals. The therapist will employ advanced clinical skills, adapt practices to individual needs, and engage in continuous professional development, including mentoring junior staff and providing evidence-based care.
