The Community Psychiatric Nurse position at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Penzance is focused on providing care for individuals with dementia and those aged 75 and over experiencing functional mental health issues. The role is situated within the Dementia & Older People's Mental Health Service (DOPMH), where the nurse will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes a Consultant Psychiatrist, clinical psychologists, and various nursing professionals.
