The role of Assistant Practitioner (XR02) at Leeds Teaching Hospitals involves supporting the delivery of childcare services for pre-school children, primarily for NHS employees. Working across three nursery settings, the successful candidate will assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating play plans based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), while also observing and documenting children's developmental progress. The position requires at least a level 2 childcare qualification, with a preference for those working toward level 3, and relevant experience in a childcare setting, including collaboration with parents and understanding child development.
